All results generated by Bolt — whether from serial number decoding, AI-assisted product lookup, or any other feature — are estimates based on available data and probabilistic models. They are provided for informational purposes only and must be independently verified before being used in any formal, legal, or financial context.
Supporting verification may include but is not limited to: manufacturer records, purchase receipts, installation documentation, physical inspection, or contact with the original manufacturer.
Bolt does not replace the expertise, training, or professional judgment of a licensed appraiser, insurance adjuster, claims professional, or other qualified individual. Results should be treated as a starting point for research, not a conclusion.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the reliability of any result and for any decision made based on information obtained through this tool. No result from Bolt constitutes a certified appraisal, professional recommendation, or legal determination.
You may use Bolt for lawful, good-faith research related to insurance claims, property assessment, or product age estimation. Use of this tool is subject to the restrictions outlined in our Security Policy, including prohibitions on automated access, scraping, and reverse engineering.

Bolt integrates with third-party services including Google's Gemini AI API and Upstash Redis. Use of these services via Bolt is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or data handling practices beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
